A father of 3 beautiful but rambunctious children, and a Pharma Compliance Professional by day, Matt always finds the time and energy to slow down and appreciate life and the great outdoors. When it comes to hunting, some say he's on a lucky streak and way too superstitious, and others even think he's a legend in his own mind. But luck and superstition have nothing to do with it! He has gone through some brutal and discouraging dry spells, but his drive and determination to be a better person and a better hunter outshines it all. His time spent hunting in the unforgiving public hunting lands of Pennsylvania has armed him tremendous knowledge and skill, with unbelievable success to show for it. His hunting philosophy is this, “Simple but Sexy.”

A mechanic by trade who works hard for a living, but hunts to live. Scott is the heart and soul of NBK because he is so loved and revered by all of his family and friends for being an honest and trustworthy person. We are thankful that Scott was able to reconnect with us years later after graduating from the same high school class to hunt and share in the same passion and obsession for the great outdoors. His confidence in his hunting knowledge and abilities is unmatched, and he is by far the best hunter we know; worthy of being a true and authentic Pennsylvania Deer Hunter.

A graduate from Drexel University, CJ works as a renowned civil engineer improving the road and bridge infrastructures in the beautiful state of Pennsylvania. His love for the great outdoors is geared towards hiking every National Park and traveling around the world. But do not let this intelligent, quippy, over-thinker fool you. He has one of the best shots we have ever seen, and his statistical and efficient approach to hunting is something we can all admire. NBK was born when CJ was the last man in our group to shoot a black bear in Maine on the last day, at the last hour, making it 4 for 4 for the NBK Delco Boys.

This man needs no introduction. A Delco boy at heart, his passion and drive to be a better hunter, and to make others around him better, is what makes him a joy to hunt with. He has an unbelievable knack for discovering new, innovative, and practical hunting products and equipment that will surely have you maxing out your credit cards! He is never afraid to try new things. At times, his hunting style and decisions are unorthodox, but they produce amazing results. We especially enjoy hunting with this man because his energy alone is motivating, and he pushes your skills to the limit; making you accomplish things you never thought were possible!

Our great friend is an avid fisherman and outdoor enthusiast who finds joy in every cast and every sunrise. With a deep appreciation for the outdoors, Mark explores the waterways, always seeking the perfect spot to reel in the biggest catch. Whether it's camping and fishing in Alaska, shark fishing off the shores of New Jersey and Delaware beaches, or relaxing by a fire, his passion for the great outdoors is infectious. His adventurous spirit inspires everyone around him to embrace the beauty of nature. He is also a firearms instructor and excellent marksman. His commitment to the NBK team is stronger than oak; truly worthy of being a "Natural Born Killer."
